Phil brings a unique blend of blue-collar experience and entrepreneurial expertise to the realm of business brokering. With a background in managing large-scale construction projects, to owning his own business, he understands the value of meticulous planning, negotiations, and seeing projects through to completion. 

Phil started his career in the United States Coast Guard where he served in Alaska and North Carolina. While in the Coast Guard his roles varied from search and rescue missions, vessel safety inspections to then managing the Coast Guard’s largest property inventory of over 680 million where he obtained a 100% accuracy rating for the first time in 10 years.

He then transitioned his career to Law Enforcement serving as a Patrol Deputy while simultaneously earning his bachelor’s degree in Emergency and Disaster Management. After graduation, he took a role in project management where his attention to detail, integrity and strong work ethic took flight to capitalize his career to where it is today.

Having owned and successfully sold a franchise business, Phil understands with first-hand experience the complexities of buying and selling a business. With a commitment to integrity and a dedication to ensuring the best outcome for clients, he approaches each business sale with a steadfast focus on delivering optimal results by drawing from first-hand experience of the trades and business ownership.
