Brandon G. Vilcapoma is a 34-year-old father of two boys and is bilingual in English and Spanish. He is a Boise local entrepreneur, systems-focused operator, and business broker who specializes in helping companies improve profit margins to strengthen EBITDA and earnings quality, and increase enterprise value through disciplined operations. His work focuses on how operational structure, cost control, and revenue systems translate into sustainable, and predictable financial performance.

Born in Huancayo, Peru, and raised in Ketchum, Idaho, Brandon later moved to Boise, Idaho, where he pursued college and began his professional and entrepreneurial career.

Throughout his corporate career, Brandon worked across operations, sales, technology, and marketing, helping organizations improve efficiency, launching departments and support in reducing overhead, and support sustainable growth. His experience includes building custom software tools, implementing CRM and reporting systems, integrating APIs, and designing automation workflows that allow leadership teams to accurately track margins, utilization, and performance.

In parallel, he led and supported marketing execution initiatives, including campaign launches, funnel design, partnerships, and live events. These experiences reinforced a practical view of marketing as an operational function, one that must align with staffing, delivery capacity, and financial targets to protect margins and support realistic pro forma assumptions.

Brandon has also acquired and exited a business, giving him direct exposure to financials pro forma development, buyer diligence, and valuation. This firsthand experience reinforced how clean operations, documented systems, and consistent earnings directly impact EBITDA, SDE, and transaction outcomes.

Through Techcentral’s services and SoftOps AI technology both companies founded by Brandon, he works with founders and operators to eliminate operational and marketing inefficiencies that erode profitability after revenue is earned. His work includes implementing or developing custom tools, software integrations, automations and AI-driven systems designed to improve labor efficiency, cost control, and lead conversion. The objective is straightforward: stronger margins, cleaner financials, and earnings that buyers and lenders can trust.

In addition to his entrepreneurial venture, advisory and brokerage work, Brandon is actively involved in supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs. He is frequently invited to speak at colleges and community programs, including College of Southern Idaho, University of Idaho, and College of Western Idaho, where he shares practical insights on entrepreneurship, operations, and business ownership.

He has also helped launch and support pitch competitions through Founders Live, a global entrepreneurship platform operating in over 148 cities across 58 countries, supporting founders from pre-seed through Series C.

Brandon’s work through Techcentral centers on operational improvement and cost discipline, while his work through First Choice Business Brokers focuses on financial clarity, earnings quality, and realistic valuation.
