An entrepreneur himself, Seth understands the critical importance of finding the perfect match between buyer and seller.

Seth's entrepreneurial journey includes building businesses from the ground up, turning around struggling enterprises, and expanding successful ventures into new markets. He has firsthand experience buying and selling businesses, making him a valuable asset to any transaction.

Seth began his career as a sommelier in the restaurant industry before transitioning to fine wine retail. As a wine buyer in Atlanta, he negotiated import deals directly with producers, bringing unique wines to the U.S. market. He then moved to a corporate role with a major wine retail chain, leading a team that opened ten new stores in under two years, generating nearly half a billion dollars in annual revenue.

Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Seth purchased a storm restoration company and tripled its growth within the first year, diversifying its revenue streams and expanding into multiple states as a FEMA-approved contractor. Remarkably, while building this business, he also led the nation’s largest non-profit dedicated to coral reef preservation in his spare time.

After a decade of success, Seth sold his business and relocated to Park City, Utah. After getting to know Mike and Lynn, he knew that FCBB and Team Lee were the perfect fit for his skills and experience.
